Refund method and timeframe
Refunds, when approved, are made to the original mode of payment.
Approved refunds may take 10 to 45 days to appear, depending on the issuing bank.
Eligible requests
Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if a duplicate charge occurred, a technical issue prevents access to the service, or an accidental purchase occurred with limited or no meaningful usage.
No refund is guaranteed after substantial usage of analyses.
Digital product
No physical product return applies because Korlune CVS is a digital software service.
